The Heart of Truespin® Augers: The exclusive Hinged Split Coupler
STEP 1 – Rotate augers to align flight end vertically. The curvic coupler is automatically positioned.
STEP 2 – Press coupler sections together. The coupler’s tapered teeth (when seated) complete the alignment.
STEP 3 – Slip the hinged clamp around the coupling, lining up the clamp with the lower flight cutoffs.
STEP 4 – Close the clamp. Insert the clamp bolt and tighten firmly.
